The actor has rarely let the lack of space come in the way of fitness.

As a part of her 365 day fitness challenge, Mandira Bedi has been sharing amazing workout videos and learnings.

The 48 year old actor is not afraid of her age and loves motivating others to stay fit and healthy.

In fact, during the lockdown, Mandira has been making the most of the spaces inside her home to do yoga, try new challenges and stay inspired.

For all those of you who are finding excuse not to work out, Mandira's journey should inspire you too.

Mandira often uses her wardrobe as a wall to try new yoga poses.

See how she is balancing herself in an imaginary sitting position resting her back against the door.

This is her doing a handstand using the wardrobe for support.

Mandira doesn't let the lack of space affect her routine. Before you master the headstand, you can start slow and try this pose.

This shouldn't be too hard. Use your windows wisely.

Skipping is in fact one of the fastest ways to burn calories.

Use the stairs to work on your legs.

Stretch. As much as you can. Whenever you can.
