Delhi-based Rediff reader Diwakar Keshri tells us how he lost 25 kilos in six months.
You too can share your weight loss journey with us.
I am 35 years old. I work in a real estate company as an assistant manager.
Motivation
While browsing through photographs, I noticed how bulky I looked in my recent photographs. That's how I decided to reduce my weight.
Weight loss journey
I started my weight loss journey on December 4, 2017.
I weighed 90 kg.
After detailed research on the Internet and with some help from my colleague, I did the following:
I start my day with lukewarm water, lemon and honey.
For breakfast, I always eat oats and white egg with green tea.
For lunch, I eat either brown rice or two chapattis with vegetable and curd.
After a light dinner, I always walk for 2-3 km in the evening.
I do not consume sugar or fried food. I eat less grains.
I regularly exercise at least six days in a week.
I drink plenty of water through out the day.
I eat seasonal fruits daily.
I weigh 65 kg now. People appreciate when they see me (fit). I am happy when I see myself.
