2. Exercise and meditation
Exercising is one of the most satisfying activities for the body, mind and soul.
It wears out the stress from the body, makes one feel light and releases happy hormones.

Meditation on the other hand relaxes the nerves, creates a sense of calm and gives peace within.
Having a good routine around exercise and mediation helps your mind and body cut down from daily frustrations.
3. Sleep away to stillness
Your mind takes a lot throughout the day and collects it all to bests function under different conditions. And no matter how stressful the situations be, sleeping with a heavy mind only increases health related problems.
Indulging into some singing, music, or meditation before sleeping is a healthy way to cut down on stress and relax your mind before sleep.
It helps get a sound sleep which in itself is a stress buster.
4. Engage into nature
Nature holds the answer to all the problems in the world.
When you connect to the nature, you get a fresh perspective towards life.
Take some time out of your daily schedule and walk in a park or garden to find colours, greenery and freshness.
The fresh air, chirping of the birds and beauty around casts a relaxing effect. Walking barefoot on the grass is one of the heavenly activities to do when trying to de-stress.
5. Drink herbal tea
Herbal tea is all about the goodness of the herbs brewed for a satisfying taste and elevated sense of relief.
