Several designers have been looking forward to the India Couture Week.
Designer duo Shantanu and Nikhil Mehra were excited to present their latest collection at one of India's first digital fashion events.
With limited models and crew members, the show was carefully planned to adhere to social distancing norms.

Designer Shantanu keenly observes his crew rehearse the line-up. With no runways, the challenge was to keep the focus on the outfit without losing the touch of glamour.
Shantanu and Nikhil's couture collection, The Resurgence, 'is an ode to hope.'
'It is the spirit to resurface and recommence our duties to the universe. With an almost spiritual connotation to the capabilities of cyclic existence, the collection celebrates a renewed strength and power to adapt and #RiseAgain,' the designers posted on Instagram ahead of their show.
The latest line featured goth-inspired skirts, gowns and bandhgalas imagined 'like a reincarnated phoenix.'
