The secret behind Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen's perfectly toned body is out!
The former Victoria's Secret model and her family follow a strict plant-based diet and avoid all white sugar, dairy and flour.
Bundchen and her husband Tom Brady's s personal chef Allen Campbell said in a recent interview that eighty percent of what they eat is just vegetables and whole grains including brown rice, quinoa, millet, beans, reported News24.com.
The other 20 percent of their diet includes lean meat inclusive of grass-fed organic steak, duck and chicken.
Campbell also revealed that their diet is very different from a traditional American diet as they do not consume tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms or eggplants regularly.
