This model's tiny tot is stealing hearts

We bet you can't take your eyes off this baby who is just a few months old and is already a star on the Internet.

Since the time South African model Candice Swanepoel welcomed her bundle of joy into the world (October 5, 2016), the excited mother has been sharing pics of her baby boy, Anaca on her Instagram page.

And we can't resist going 'awwwwhhh'.

Her followers too are totally in love with little one who is so adorable!
