Models dressed in chic cocktail gowns and breezy silhouettes paraded down the runway at Gurgaon-based designer Shivani Jain's NYFW show.

As fashion designer Shivani Jain showcased her collection titled Moonlight at New York Fashion Week 2018, she made scores of models strode down the ramp in breezy silhouettes of black, white, blue and beige.

Shivani is not new to the world of fashion designing -- her love for styling and designing women started at the age of 19.

Through her designs, this Indian designer has been redefining many Indian wardrobes with easy, experimental designs.

Take a look at some of her creations which were showcased at NYFW.

Shivani's first runway show was at the 2017 India Runway Week. Later, she was also invited to the India Fashion Week at London to showcased her collection.

While the outfits had an edgy feel to them, the designer ensured that she kept the fabrics comfortable and the look easy.

The collection also saw some creations in beige. A model showcases a ruffled and layered cocktail gown, which looks perfect for a cocktail party.

There were hints of lace and the designer didn't shy away from using exaggerated sleeves and sexy cutouts.

Shivani continued her love affair with fluid feminine drapes and figure-flattering silhouettes.
