Powerful, inspiring or dull -- what do you think of Anushka's debut on Entrepreneur's March cover?
It's not everyday that you see a powerful female on the cover of Entrepreneur India.
Indian actor and producer Anushka Sharma makes a fine exception by debuting the India cover of the New York-based magazine.
Anushka is profiled as part of the magazine's special March issue on women entrepreneurs -- Shepreneurs 17: Women to Watch.
Wearing a black and white striped top and beige trousers, the actor looks effortless in her covergirl avatar.
Anushka was 19 when she made her acting debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi in 2008. Since then, she's worked on 13 films including the soon to be released Phillauri.
In 2014, six years after her debut as an actor, she turned producer and co-produced the Hindi thriller NH10 in 2015 along with Phantom Films and Eros International. The film was critically acclaimed.
Her next release Phillauri, where she plays a friendly ghost is also being produced by her along with her brother Karnesh Sharma. The film releases on March 24 under Sharma's banner Clean Slate Films.
It's commendable how the 28 yr-old has balanced both roles so well and set a bright example for young girls in the country.
