He introduced structured design elements and blended traditional Indian elements and fabrics with contemporary styles.
Take a look.
IMAGE: Jacqueline introduces the modern 'Punjabi Suit' from Rajesh Pratap's latest collection. There is a buttoned up shirt worn over cigarette pants and a flouncy skirt. And a jacket to enhance the showstopping entry.
IMAGE: It's silver, festive, traditional and modern, all at the same time. And Singh had confessed that designer Rohit Bal had inspired him for the design.
IMAGE: But it's Jacqueline who stole the spotlight with her cute smile.
IMAGE: The loosely tied hair and minimal make-up ensured the focus stayed on the outfit.
IMAGE: Didn't your hearts skip a beat?
IMAGE: That's Imaad Shah showstopping for the designer in a three-piece outfit.
IMAGE: Racing queen Alisha Abdullah Singh wore a chic and comfy linen creation in pop colour.
IMAGE: Musician Gaurav Raina matched brown and biege in layers. Drop crotch pants like these seem to be making a comeback.
IMAGE: Ujjwala Raut looked like she meant business.
IMAGE: There was plenty of inspiration in the work wear category. Want to try the dhoti-inspired pantsuit?
IMAGE: Sony Kaur shows you how to rock a collared kurta with flared pants.
IMAGE: The men should opt for pleated pants and double breasted jackets.
IMAGE: Singh managed to make organic and sustainable fabric so cool.
IMAGE: The experimentation went a tad too overboard on this one. Any takers for this fashion challenge?
