Designer Karishma Shahani Khan revealed her latest collection on Day Three of the Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2018.

Titled 'Love Story' the lineup was about beauty in imperfection.

And the showstopper Sarah Todd was the perfect choice for the collection.

Scroll down to find out why.

Not many know that Sarah Todd was an international model before she entered Masterchef Australia. So it was no surprise that she returned to the ramp for this designer.
Todd's showstopping outfit was a melange of reds, pinks with a pop of yellow.

The model turned masterchef looked confident and relaxed.

She even twirled to give us a view of the layered outfit featuring tassels and knots.

The silhouettes ranged from classic to relaxed in cotton and khadi to chanderi. Here, Anjali Lama models a sari from Shahani's summer collection.

Hemangi Parte models a pink dress with a red khadi jacket.

See how this model has played with hues of blues and styled an asymmetrical dress with an oversized jacket.

The colour palette for the collection involved reds, blues, pink, purple, mustard and teal.

A huge thumbs up to Karishma and her showstopper for bringing us this wearable collection.
