Day Three at the Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2016 ended with a bang with Anita Dongre's collection, 'Love Notes'. 

Each ensemble told a love story, and the stage reflected the grandeur of an imperial Rajasthani palace.

Models sashayed down the ramp, dressed in hot pink, sage green and candy yellow ensembles. 

However, time stood still when showstopper Sonakshi Sinha stepped on the ramp.

Dressed in a gorgeous blue and white lehenga, she played the perfect muse, portraying a young princess.

Wow! Sonashki's got the rhythm and moves, and she seems to be having a blast on stage. 

There's she is again! 

She portrayed a young princess, full of emotions, grace, poise and fun of course! 

She also did a couple of filmi moves! 

That's the designer with her muse. 

Anita Dongre's collection was a fusion of modern silhouettes combined with traditional styles.

Each of the outfits had a story to tell! 

The designer used fabrics like chanderi silk, raw silk, georgette, along with gota-patti and embroidery.

The colour scheme, which started with pure white, progressed to hot pink, sage green and candy yellow.

The collection was inspired with the ethnic touch and grandeur of Rajasthan.

The collection infused prêt with the elegance of festive wear.
