Isha Ambani turned up at the Met Gala in style in a Prabal Gurung pale violet ballgown.
Looking breathtaking in tulle, Isha Ambani graced the Met Gala 2019 red carpet in a gorgeous ballgown.
She oozed of glamour in the pale violet silhouette, which was hand-embroidered with crystals and ostrich feathers, and had sunburst pleating inserts and a sculptural shoulder flourette.
Designed by Prabal Gurung, the picture perfect gown took over 350 hours to come to life.
Hours before the Met Gala, the designer gave his Instagram followers a glimpse of Isha's look.
'A lilac love story for a cherished muse. Guess who will capture the carpet in this number?' he shared along with a pic of her gown.
Sharing more details about his creation, the designer wrote on Instagram: 'A collaboration among friends, we worked with the graceful and joyous Isha Ambani on her Atelier creation for months.
'With three fittings in Mumbai and a final Atelier appointment in New York, we enveloped her (Isha) dress with over 350 hours of laborious love to bring our shared vision to life.
This year, Prabal also designed gowns for Nicki Minaj, and models Candice Swanepoel and Joan Smalls.
