Ethnic chic! Karisma rocks a mekhela chador

The actor will make you fall in love with her traditional Assamese look.

We've seen Karisma Kapoor go from glam to super glam on the big screen.

At the ongoing Lotus India Fashion Week held in Delhi, she turned showstopper for designer Sanjukta Dutta.

The collection was nothing short of extra-ordinary. But Karisma truly stole the show.

IMAGE: Sanjukta Dutta's collection was titled 'Morom' meaning love in Assamese. The line saw traditional designs and weaves in contemporary forms. 

IMAGE: The mekhela chador made from old silk was presented in different forms.

IMAGE: The models showcased the black and biege designs woven and draped to match the modern day woman.

IMAGE: Karisma looked absolutely gorgeous and so did Sanjukta, the designer.
