The Council of Fashion Designers of America along with Vogue magazine have been, for some time now, giving away a grant to deserving fashion designers every year.
This year's annual CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund dinner was hosted in Tribeca, New York, in the honour of the ten finalists.
While the British shoe designer Paul Andrew, who having worked with brands such as Alexander McQueen, Calvin Klein, Narciso Rodriguez and Donna Karan, has been making waves as an independent designer now, won the coveted prize this year.
Here are some of the many stars who attended the event.
There was model Emily Ratajkowski who looked stunning in black.
And Imaan Hammam who cut an equally stylish figure.
Joan Smalls opted for an easy summery number while Allesandra Ambrosio went for an all-black look.
Model Vanessa Axente towered over designer Joseph Altuzarra.
And Karlie Kloss made a stylish turn in white.
Liu Wen showed off her toned back...
And the tennis player Serena Williams flaunted her muscular arms!
Then there was Canada-born model Grace Mahary who made a statement with her glasses, Melissa George who shocked us in a plunging see through number and model-actress Ashley Greene who opted for red.
And we wind up wit this picture of actress and U2 frontman Bono's daughter, Eve Hewson with Nepalese-American designer Prabal Gurung. Hot or not? :-)
