A big round of applause to the recently concluded India Runway Week.
From extraordinary designs to innovative styling techniques, this three-day fashion show held in New Delhi had it all.
Both budding and established designers floored us with their awe-inspiring creations.
Here are a few outstanding designs that we couldn't give a miss!

He designed silk separates with modern cuts and minimal motifs.

IMAGE: Bibi Russell, designer from Bangladesh and a former model for labels Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent and Armani, presented the collection 'Rajasthali' comprising saris, shift dresses, stoles and kurta-pyjamas using handspun and hand-woven fabric.

Look how designer Stuti Shah lent a Indian touch with striking desi motifs to a curve-cinching halter-neck gown. Like it?
IMAGE: Perfect as daywear, Radhika Jindal's light hue, layered breezy numbers inspired from nature were indeed noteworthy.

IMAGE: Style is all that mattered to designer-duo Payal and Zinal.
Titled 'Ungender' -- a collection in which the person was much in focus than their gender -- they created a line of uber-cool, modern garments that both men and women of today would love to wear.

Designer Varija Bajaj's clothesline -- that was inspired by the uniforms of 'Super Heroes' -- had asymmetrical silhouettes, zippers, studs, rivets, lapels and laces as an integral part of her collection.
