As per the latest update, games such as Clash Royale, Words with Friends 2 and other select games will be available for trial sans download on Google Play Store, Google Play Games app, or wherever game links are shared.
With Google Play Instant, you can just tap and try a game without having to download it first-whether you're looking to storm a castle on Clash Royale or become a word master with Words with Friends 2," Jonathan Karmel, product manager of Google Play Instant wrote in a blog post.
Last year, Google stated that the number of Android users who installed a game has more than doubled.
Therefore, to help gamers discover new games or get to existing ones, the firm announced the revamp of Google Play Games app.
"In the new "Arcade" tab, you can check out game video trailers or use tags like "New" or "Action" to find a particular type of game.
We'll also show you news and YouTube videos related to your favourite games to help you boost your skills and become a game master," the blog read.
While the update is currently being rolled out to select games across more than a billion Android devices worldwide, Google is expected to roll out the same to numerous games and devices in the current year.
