Needed: Team Members in International Banking (Voice Support) for Tata Consultancy Services' BPO offices in Chennai.
Eligibility criteria
TCS says:
~ Any graduation/post-graduation (full time) with first class marks
~ Six months to two years experience in a call centre (preferably catering to UK clients) is compulsory
~ Age limit: 25 years
~ Knowledge of banking processes would be an added advantage
TCS says candidates are NOT eligible if:
~ They have less than 6 months work experience
~ They have attended TCS recruitment process in the last six months
As a Team Member
~ You will be involved in handling inbound/outbound calls and will interact with clients/customers to resolve queries, reconciliations and customer service.
~ You will also supplement in the data process.
