Essence of February

Ingredients

• 60 ml cranberry juice
• 60 ml Black Dog Triple Gold Reserve
• 10 ml Amaretto syrup 
• 10 ml lime juice
• One lemon slice
• Martini or cocktail glass

Method

• Take all the ingredients in cocktail shaker and shake it with ice.
• Pour it in a tall glass. 
• Serve it with a lemon slice on the side.

Floral Bite

Ingredients

• 45 ml Johnnie Walker Red Label
• 5 dash (drops) Angostura Bitters
• Ginger Ale top up
• Hi-ball glass

Method

• Take a cocktail shaker and add all the ingredients in with ice.
• Shake well and pour it in a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with mint leaves.

English Rose

Ingredients

• 30 ml Earl Grey tea
• 10 ml cinnamon syrup
• 5 dash (drops) Angostura Bitters
• 60 ml Johnnie Walker Red Label
• Old fashioned glass

Method

• Take all the ingredients in a mixing glass and stir it well with ice.
• Pour it over ice in an od fashioned glass.
• Garnish with a lemon peel.
