Essence of February
Ingredients
- 60 ml cranberry juice
- 60 ml Black Dog Triple Gold Reserve
- 10 ml Amaretto syrup
- 10 ml lime juice
- One lemon slice
- Martini or cocktail glass
Method
- Take all the ingredients in cocktail shaker and shake it with ice.
- Pour it in a tall glass.
- Serve it with a lemon slice on the side.
Floral Bite
Ingredients
- 45 ml Johnnie Walker Red Label
- 5 dash (drops) Angostura Bitters
- Ginger Ale top up
- Hi-ball glass
Method
- Take a cocktail shaker and add all the ingredients in with ice.
- Shake well and pour it in a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
English Rose
Ingredients
- 30 ml Earl Grey tea
- 10 ml cinnamon syrup
- 5 dash (drops) Angostura Bitters
- 60 ml Johnnie Walker Red Label
- Old fashioned glass
Method
- Take all the ingredients in a mixing glass and stir it well with ice.
- Pour it over ice in an od fashioned glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.
