How to make a Blueberry Ginger Cooler

This drink is surprisingly refreshing and will help you cool off on a hot summer day.
Blueberry Ginger Cooler
Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 2 tsp sugar
- ¼ cup water soda water
- Squeeze of lime
- Ice
Method:
- Cook blueberries, ginger, sugar and water together and boil to reduce to 2/3 of the volume.
- Strain and cool to room temperature . Pour into a glass with ice cubes, top with soda water and a squeeze of lime. Garnish with blueberries.
