The Beyhadh and Bepannah actor's fitness regime is not for the faint-hearted!

She credits yoga for improving her posture, bringing in balance and adding flexibility.

When she is not doing yoga or training at a gym, you'll see her in the ring, which is a faster, albeit a more challenging way to burn those tough calories.

She also loves to dance and often posts fun videos to entertain and inspire her 8.2 million followers.

But Jennifer prefers to call herself a yogini. In her own words, 'when you own your breath, no one can steal your peace.'
According to her, being calm is a super power.

The actor also indulges in Pilates.

Despite hectic shooting schedules, her dedication to stay fit and in shape is both inspiring and infectious.

For the actor, fitness is not a choice, it's a way of life.
