Kim Kardashian poses in the buff for mag cover

The socialite is creating ripples once again with her latest sizzling photoshoot.

Kim Kardashian, who regretted going naked for Playboy, has bared all for a magazine cover yet again, this time in the name of art.

The reality starlet, 29, has graced the November W Magazine cover for its annual art issue, wearing only silver body paint.

The issue hasn't come out yet, but some not-safe-for-work images have started appearing on the Internet, reports the Daily Telegraph.

Although she told Harper's Bazaar she was "sorry" she stripped down for Playboy in 2007, W was another matter -- she had some family support. Her mom, Kris Jenner, told her to "go for it," Kardashian says.
