The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) India Rankings 2019 has announced the top 100 universities across categories.
India's president Ramnath Kovind recently announced the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) India Rankings 2019.
The rankings were first approved by the Ministry of Human Resource Development and launched by minister of Human Resource Development on September 29, 2015.
The all India list rates the country's best academic institutions based on broad parameters such as teaching, learning and resources; research and professional practices; graduation outcomes; outreach and inclusivity and perception.
The institutes are scored on a scale of 100 to arrive at the final rankings.
The 2019 rankings list the best institutions in engineering, management, law, pharmacy, architecture and medicine.
