Pastry queen and founder of Le 15, one of India's first macaron restaurant Pooja Dhingra shares some of the best life lessons from her entrepreneurial journey so far.

In 2004, Pooja Dhingra quit her law education to pursue hospitality. 

Six years later, the Le Cordon Bleu trained chef went on to open India's first macaron restaurant Le 15 in Mumbai with a staff of just two people.

In 2014, she was listed among Forbes India and Asia's '30 under 30' list of achievers.

The successful entrepreneur is also an accomplished author -- she has published three books (The Big Book of Treats; The Wholesome Kitchen: Nourish. Energize. Indulge and Can't Believe It's Eggless) -- and is an inspiration for many.

Dhingra recently took to Twitter to share some of the best and worst learnings she's had in her nine-year-old journey as an entrepreneur.
