The Brutale 1090 is the first offering to come from MV Agusta in India and is joined by the flagship F4 while the F3 800 will be arriving in early 2016, says Indian automobile website MotorBeam.

Making its entry in India in partnership with the Kinetic Group, MV Agusta has officially launched the Brutale 1090 in the country at an introductory price of Rs 17.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Pune).

In addition to the Brutale's launch, the Italian automaker also unveiled the F3 800 that will go on sale in early 2016.

With sharp lines, exposed frame and breathtaking looks, the MV Agusta Brutale 1090 is powered by a 1078cc four-cylinder engine that churns out 144 HP of power at 10,300 RPM and 112 Nm of torque at 10,100 RPM, paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The bike comes with a top speed of 265 km/hr. Electronic aids include adjustable 8-level traction control and ABS with Rear wheel Lift-up Mitigation.

F3 800

Also unveiled, the MV Agusta F3 800 shares its styling cues with the flagship F4 but can be differentiated by the side-mounted triple exhausts. Power comes from a 798cc three-cylinder engine that belts out 148 HP at 13,000 RPM and 88 Nm of torque at 10,600 RPM, paired to a 6-speed gearbox and has a top speed of 269 km/hr.

MV Agusta states that the Brutale 1090 comes with a delivery period of 2-3 weeks. The Kinetic Group will be providing for spares, service and after-sales support for customers in the country. The Indian automaker will also set up 'Motoroyale' named dealerships in major metros to retail the premium bikes while bookings can be made online at the Motoroyale.in website.
