During her visit to Oman, Queen Mathilde of Belgium recycled a printed dress by Anita Dongre that she had worn nearly a decade earlier.
She styled the red floor-length silhouette with a colour-coordinated dupatta draped over her head.
Dongre took to Instagram to share the pics and wrote: 'We're thrilled to see Queen Mathilde of Belgium re-wearing our design.'
'Fashion is not just about what is next, but what is good,' the Indian designer added. 'Choosing to conserve and re-wear is the only way forward.'
Back in 2017, during her seven-day visit to India, Queen Mathilde wore the same piece during a traditional farewell concert held at the Tata Theatre in Mumbai. Please scroll down to see the pics.
