We'd asked you, dear readers, to write a message to your 15-year-old self.
Rediff reader Rais Ahmad, 68 from Pune shares his advice:
You would be dreaming of your better future -- in terms of career, status and money.
To achieve those things, you have to plan well.
First, you will have to pick a role model for yourself.
Your role model could be some one from your own family; they could also be your relatives or live in the same society.
Remember to try and choose the best role model.
If you want to achieve something big in life you should not make hasty decisions.
Have patience, strive hard continuously and always focus your attention on the goal.
There are some other things which are equally important -- time management, a good lifestyle, discipline, honesty to yourself and to others.
Don't be disheartened from your failures. Instead re-energise yourself and start afresh to achieve your goal.
Above all try to be positive and optimistic.
