Lyndsey Scott is a model.
She is also an actor. AND a programmer.
In fact, Lyndsey is one of the few American models who has a joint degree in theatre and computer science. She graduated from Amherst College, USA in 2006.
When she isn't rocking the runway in a glamorous outfit or auditioning for a role, she is developing apps for Apple and Google.
Lyndsey was 24 when she posted her picture on Models.com and started her modelling career.
The agency that signed her on suggested she hide her age so she could bag more projects. But Lyndsey wasn't too happy with the suggestion.
The American beauty was soon spotted and became the first African American model to be signed by Calvin Klein.
After Calvin Klein signed her, there was no looking back.
In 2009, she walked for Victoria's Secret Fashion show.
Lyndsey was bullied through school and college and she fought them all back with her success.
She was recently trolled when someone found out she could code too. They simply couldn't believe it/
People were surprised to know that Lyndsey has been programming since she was 12 and is trained in Java, C++, Python, Objective C and IOS.
She also spends a lot of time educating youngsters to write codes so they can be self reliant. She is a mentor at Girls Who Code.
In 2010, she was the only black model to walk for Prada.
Besides, shes been featured in many inspiring lists of successful women -- including Elle US' Inspire 100 list of people (in 2014).
