Himanshi is from Kiratpur Sahib, Punjab. She started her career as a model and actor at age 17.
In 2010, she made her debut in the Punjabi music video 'Jodi- Big Day Party'.

The beauty won Miss Ludhiana in 2011. 

She's been the face of several advertising campaigns including Mac, Gitanjali Jewellers, Big Bazaar and Kingfisher to name a few.

She looks pretty even sans makeup.

Himanshi has a degree in aviation. Yet she chose to pursue acting. 

She has 1.6 million followers (and counting) on Instagram.

She has worked both in Punjabi and South Indian cinema -- Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam -- as an actor.
