3 natural ways to get a healthy, glowing skin

1. Apply a mint face wash to remove impurities

If you're looking for a particular cleanser or a face wash, then you can use a mint fortified one.

Mint is extremely good for the skin.

It has a cooling, constricting, antiseptic and antibacterial effect on your skin.

It also removes the excess oil and impurities from the skin.

2. Scrub twice a week with papaya and pineapple

After cleansing your face it's ideally recommended to scrub it at least twice in a week.

The scrub should be a blend of papaya and pineapple, which contains enzymes like papain and bromelin. These enzymes will exfoliate the skin and remove dead cells.

A little bit of steam should help to activate these enzymes.

3. Make a mask of turmeric, clay and sandalwood

Always apply a mask to complete the cleansing ritual.

You can make the mask with haridra (turmeric), clay or sandalwood powder.

Haridra is extremely detoxifying and acts as a powerful anti-oxidant as well as a strong lightening agent.

Sandalwood is good for oily skin, and is a good anti-oxidant, lightening and anti-ageing agent.
