Tushar Bungley answers, Though there might be some reduction in the prices, given that prices have grown in 2-3x from 2000, our research shows that it might not come back to prices in 2000.

Tushar Bungley answers, Vijay, per our predication pune will see a further drop given few FII and new invstments happening to builders. There will be more pressure on them to even their positions on current projects. This would happen for existing of half completed projects. Stay away as far as possible from new projects

Tushar Bungley answers, Taking into consideration the current prices, this seems to be a reasonable price and you can continue with the same.

In mumbai space near stations, airport comes at a premium, west being the sea side across the whole belt the rates in some pockets may not follow usual patterns
