IIMs issue CAT 2009 notification, demo

After months of speculation and apprehension, students have finally been let in on the pattern of this year's computer-based CAT as the IIMs issued the CAT notification on August 30.

The notification carries information regarding:

• Programmes which will subscribe to CAT scores
• Eligibility criteria
• Sale of CAT vouchers
• Registration details
• Test centres
• Declaration of scores

The IIMs, in association with Prometric, have also created a demo whereby test-takers can get a hands-on feel of how the CAT will be administered.
