IDEAZ '08: The PAN IIT Business Idea Challenge

What: E-Cell IIT Bombay's (www.ecell.in) 'The Pan IIT Business Ideas Challenge' where brains across all the IITs come together in a clash of ideas. It's about an idea for an enterprise at its inception. Ideas of products, services, innovations, changes that very possibly are the trends of tomorrow.

Eligibility:

All IIT students at all levels of education and from any department, are eligible to enter. But teams are encouraged to seek the guidance of IIT faculty.

Entries must be the original work of entrants and may be entered by a single student or multi-student team. The size of a team is restricted to at the most three members and one team can submit only one entry.

Final descrition is left with the E-cell team members.All conflicts subject to jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts only.

Special prize

This year Ideaz has expanded its outreach with the help of Rediff, which has added another dimension, with a special prize for the most innovative idea. Rediff's developer platform is also promoted through the event, wherein you are invited to submit ideas related to software applications for Rediff's Ishare and in turn get huge grants from Rediff including mentoring and funding.
