Vibrant hues from Vikram Phadnis

In the run up to the Lakme India Fashion Week 2007, designer Vikram Phadnis was spotted putting the finishing touches on an ensemble backstage at the fittings round.

From the looks of it, the collection will have a vibrant ethnic feel with outfits set off by embroidery and gorgeous zardosi. 

Phadnis will be showing on Day 1 (Oct 13) of the event at the NCPA in Mumbai, along with seven other designers.
