What: The University of Delhi's Department of Computer Science announces admissions for the academic year 2008.

Courses available:

MCA
Eligibility: Any Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3 Scheme)/ Master's Degree with 60 per cent marks having one paper in Mathematics and another in Computer Science/ Statistics/ Operational Research/ Mathematics.

Admission Test: Feb 17, 2008

MSc Computer Science
Eligibility: BSc (Honours) in Computer Science with 60 per cent marks/ any Bachelor Degree with at least eight papers in Computer Science and two papers in Mathematics under semester system or at least six papers in Computer Science and two papers in Mathematics under annual examination system. With 60 per cent marks in aggregate and 60 per cent marks in Computer Science and Mathematics separately.

50 per cent of the seats shall be filled on the basis of merit in the BSc (Honours) Computer Science examination 2008 of the University of Delhi and these candidates are also required to fill the application form.

Admission Test: June 7, 2008

PGDCA
Eligibility: Graduate with 50 per cent marks, must have studied Mathematics at +2 stage of Senior Secondary Certificate Examination.

Admission Test: June 8, 2008

Note: Candidates belonging to reserved categories shall be allowed relaxation of 5 per cent marks in the minimum eligibility requirements.

Application forms
Bulletin of information alongwith the application form can be obtained from the Department on all working days between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm against a Bank Draft of the requisite amount drawn in favour of the Registrar, University of Delhi and payable at New Delhi.

For obtaining the bulletin and application form by post, the Bank Draft alongwith a self-addressed stamped (worth Rs 30/-) envelope (size 10"x7") should be seen to:
