There are corsets in silk and zardosi work if your headed for a traditional do, stylish ones in suede, leather and lace if you're planning on dancing the night away and bright cotton tops if your headed for a coffee with that special someone.
And if it's the price you're worried about, don't be. A trendy, cotton one could cost you as little as Rs 400, just make sure you try it on first; you don't want to spend all evening fidgeting with a loose or ultra stiff corset.
