The figures keep changing, but more and more countries around the world are beginning to opt for fixed working hours in order to improve their citizens' quality of life.
Research undertaken two years ago indicated that, in the European Union, 18 per cent male and 13 per cent female full-time employees worked overtime. In several countries, half or more of all employees working overtime were not paid for it.
India, too, has no fixed working hours per week. Should we have fixed hours? What do you think?
