What: GiveIndia, a non-profit organisation collaborating actively with NGOs in India and overseas to co-create a spectrum of nonprofit sector entities, seeks applications for the following full time positions:

1. Head: Payroll Giving

Under the Payroll Giving programme, employees of a particular company can sign up to donate the amount of their choice to the charity of their choice. The company has the choice of matching this amount. GiveIndia is spearheading this programme in over 20 companies in Mumbai, including the ICICI Group, HDFC Bank, STAR TV and HSBC Bank.

Over 2,500 employees from these companies donate Rs 1,000,000 each month.

GiveIndia has soft launched the Payroll Giving programme in Delhi and now plans to make it a nationwide effort by setting up small teams in Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, etc.

What I need to do?

~ You will spearhead the Payroll Giving initiative by recruiting regional teams and helping them meet aggressive growth targets.

Am I eligible?

~ You must have a post-graduate qualification in management.

~ You must have at least 10 years' proven sales track record.

~ You must have strong sales/ business development skills.

~ You must have proven ability to meet/ sell concepts to CEOs.

~ You must have a proven record in managing a sales team successfully.

2. Regional Managers: Payroll Giving

~ Positions are open in Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad.

What I need to do

~ You will set up a small team of one to two people in different regions.

~ You will lead GiveIndia's Payroll Giving programme in these regions.

~ You will sign up companies and individual employees.

3. Head: Project Management

What I need to do

Am I eligible?

~ You must have a PG in management with five to 10 years' work experience.

~ You must have strong project management/ appraisal skills.

~ You must have command over costing/ creating project proposals.

~ You must have proven ability to manage a team.

4. Channel Manager: Internet Giving

What I need to do

~ You have to drive volume growth of GiveIndia's partnership with rediff.com to allow individuals donate through their Web site.

~ You have to manage channel content.

Am I eligible?

~ You need to have exposure to this medium.

~ You must have good communication skills.

~ You need to have good interpersonal skills.
