As a Customer Care Specialist (Voice -- Pilot Process in Airline Reservations)
Daksh says:
~ You must be a graduate.
~ You must be interested in travel, the airlines or customer service.
~ You could also have completed your first year of degree college and be pursuing further education through correspondence.
~ You should have an IATA Certification.
~ You could also have a degree or diploma in travel or tourism.
~ You should preferably have at least six months of experience in a travel agency or airline.
~ You should have a strong desire to assist clients and resolve their queries.
As a Customer Care Specialist (Voice -- Banking)
