Actress Shilpa Shetty has finally arrived in Mumbai.

"I am the same Shilpa," she said, "The only difference the fact that lot more people recognise me around the globe."

She was speaking to mediapersons at a press meet for Romanov War of the DJs in Mumbai on Saturday February 24, her first public appearance in India after winning British reality show Celebrity Big Brother last month.

"I am thrilled to be back in Mumbai. In retrospect, I feel I made a good decision on being the Celebrity show," said Shilpa. She further said that she prefer globetrotting to settling down either in Mumbai or London.

"My options are open. At present there are too many offers. There are too many offers even here in Mumbai. I have to do my time management and decide my future course of action."

"I am back in Mumbai to complete the shooting of my film Metro, which I had left mid-way before leaving for London. After completing the film I will have to travel a lot regarding work," she said.

Metro is Shilpa's first film after her gameshow win. Director Anurag Basu (Murder, Gangster) has made the film, which also stars Kay Kay Menon, Shiney Ahuja and Kangana Ranaut. "I am sure my film will get a good market in the UK when released in April. Shilpa is already in demand in the UK, and I am hopeful the film will work for all of us because of her new popularity," Basu told rediff.com recently.

Shilpa's only other pending project is Anil Sharma's Apne, starring Dharmendra, Sunny and Bobby Deol.

Shilps refused to reveal any of her future projects or brand endorsements.  There have been reports that Shilpa will launch her own perfume brand, and also write a cookery book, but there was no confirmation made. "You all will come to know about my projects at an appropriate time. I have signed contracts and I am not allowed to speak about my new assignments," she said.

On the issue of racism, Shilpa said, "I am happy that people from all races and colours supported me to win the show. In India too, people were sympathetic towards me while I was on the show."
