For those of you who don't know much about it, it's a celebrity show where actresses perform each week and viewers vote for the best performers.
This year, we saw Kareena Kapoor, Bipasha Basu, Rimi Sen, Udita Goswami, Parmita Katkar, Katrina Kaif, Shamita Shetty and Koena Mitra dancing to Bollywood numbers. Their performances were telecast every Friday, then thrown open for public voting.
Last year, Shilpa Shetty was crowned Indian Diva. This year, it went to Kareena Kapoor, with Udita Goswami bagging the title of Diva Discovery of the Year.
The two were declared winners on December 28 at a function at Mumbai's Hotel Ramee Guestline. Former actress Zeenat Aman crowned Kareena but, minutes later, the latter removed the crown saying she was no beauty queen and found it awkward to wear a crown.
The programme will be telecast on SaharaOne on December 31, at 8:30 pm.
