The nap before the polls

The Great Indian Elections are not only all about the politicians and their gimmicks. A lot of hard work and effort from election officials across India goes into fine-tuning the process involving one billion voters.

Tired after a hard day's work, an election official takes rest next to a voting booth at a polling centre near Karjat, around 100 km away from Mumbai, a day before the second phase of the Lok Sabha polls.
