"The next government at the Centre will not take shape without SP's support. In that case the party will not demand any post in the government. We will extend our support on only one condition that this corrupt BSP government in UP should be dismissed," Yadav said addressing an election rally in Shahjahanpur.
Asserting that his party was not in national politics for the sake of personal gains or to achieve power, the SP boss said, "Our motive is to raise the voice of the poor, youth, workers and traders and ensure that they get justice."
Launching an attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party, Yadav alleged that the party is having a tacit understanding with the BSP.
"The BJP is out to divide the country and the BSP has a tacit understanding with it," he said. Describing Lok Sabha elections as the biggest festival of democracy, the SP chief appealed to people to recognise the power of their votes and exercise their franchise as they get the chance to do so only once in five years.
