Andhra CM counts on garlands and prayers

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy will launch his campaign Jaitra Yatra (March of Victory) from Chevella in Ranga Reddy district -- from where he has launched election campaigns and several government schemes in the past.
 
Before leaving for Chevella, YSR will go on a garlanding spree across Hyderabad, garlanding the statues of several important leaders. He will first garland the statue of former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi, followed by the statue of former prime minister Indira Gandhi, Dr Baba Sahab Ambedkar and Babu Jagjivan Ram.
 
The CM will also visit Dargah Yusufain in Nampally, Aremysamma temple in Rajendranagar, a church in Moinabad and Chilurkur Balaji

After completing his Chevella visit, he will proceed by road to Vikarabad, Pargi, Kodangal and Tandur assembly segments in Ranga Reddy and Zaheerabad in Medak.
 
After visiting Medak district on Friday, he will address a series of meetings in Hyderabad on Saturday. The CM's Jaitra Yatra will continue till he covers the entire state and addresses meetings in at least 170 assembly constituencies.
 
YSR will take a break during his yatra to file his nomination papers in Pulivendula constituency in Khammam and to attend the election meetings of party president Sonia Gandhi. But he has no plans to campaign in Kadapa district where his son is contesting for the Lok Sabha election.
