The vote of confidence of the United Progressive Alliance government in Jharkhand will be held on March 15.
The assembly session will begin on March 10, sources in Ranchi said.
On March 10, the pro-tem speaker will be elected and members of the new Legislative Assembly will take oath.
Chief Minister Shibu Soren said Pradeep Kumar Valmiki would be the pro-tem speaker.
The new speaker will be elected on March 11.
The House will remain closed on March 12 and 13.
The governor will deliver his address on March 14.
