At least four Iraqis were reported killed in a powerful car bomb blast outside the American-led coalition headquarters in Baghdad.
A CNN report said an Iraqi governing council leader was among those killed.
The bomb destroyed three cars that were in a line waiting to enter the coalition headquarters.
