Kapil Sibal to contest from Chandni Chowk

Rajya Sabha MP and All India Congress Committee spokesman Kapil Sibal has been selected to contest from the Chandni Chowk Lok Sabha constituency.

The central election committee of the party headed by Congress president Sonia Gandhi has also cleared Sandeep Dikshit, son of Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, for East Delhi and former Lok Sabha MP Sajjan Kumar for Outer
Delhi, AICC general secretary Oscar Fernandes said in a statement.
