Filing of nominations for the assembly polls in Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh started on Thursday after the issuance of notification by the state governors concerned.
The nominations will be filed till November 14.
The Election Commission also issued a separate notification detailing the schedule for the December 1 polls.
Scrutiny of nominations will be taken up on November 15 and the last date for withdrawal of candidature is November 17.
The notification for the Mizoram polls was issued on October 27 and the last date for withdrawals closed on Wednesday. Polling will be held on November 20.
