A woman filed a case in a court in Gurgaon on Friday against cricketer Yuvraj Singh for allegedly beating up her son during the star batsman's birthday party in his house on December 12.
Neelam Mahajan, mother of Sidharth Mahajan, filed the case under various sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC) alleging her son was held captive and was beaten up by Yuvraj.
The Punjab batsman had allegedly got involved in a fight with Mahajan during his birthday bash at his posh DLF City residence in Gurgaon.
