Indian captain Rahul Dravid won the toss and elected to bat in the second one-day international against the West Indies at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack on Wednesday.
India made two changes to the side that won the first match of the series in Nagpur by 14 runs. All-rounder Joginder Sharma comes in place of S Sreesanth, while Ramesh Powar replaces Suresh Raina.
Chris Gayle will lead the West Indies in the absence of Brian Lara, who is nursing a left knee injury. Devon Smith comes in for him.
