The 14-man squad playing in the ongoing first Test in Mohali has been retained for the second Test against Pakistan in Kolkata, starting on March 16.

The Indian selectors met in Mohali under the chairmanship of Kiran More at the end of the fourth day's play in the first Test and decided against making any changes to the team.

At the end of day four, Pakistan were reeling at 257 for six, only 53 runs ahead of India.

India: Sourav Ganguly (captain), Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir, Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar, VVS Laxman, Dinesh Karthik (wicketkeeper), Irfan Pathan, Anil Kumble, Harbhajan Singh, Zaheer Khan, Yuvraj Singh, Ashish Nehra, Laxmipathy Balaji.
